Refund policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to defective, damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us by email at customerservice@techoutlet.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be given instructions on how to return the item. Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item, a replacement will be sent. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
Warranties, returns, or exchanges on equipment will be honored only if the original packaging is retained by the customer.
Manufacturers’ warranties vary on equipment purchases.
We reserve the right to charge a re-stock fee on any non-defective, returned merchandise.
The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges for non-defective, returned merchandise.
There is no warranty on service either expressed or implied.
